We are very pleased to announce availability of the ajm Software version 3 Geocode Web Service. We added performance improvements as well as these great new features:
- The service now returns additional geographic data when available including:
- Zip+4
- Census Tract
- Census Block
- County
- County Subdivision
This is, of course, in addition to latitude and longitude. - We now provide improved address cleansing for better and more consistent accuracy.
- We'll return expanded precision indicators to highlight the accuracy and confidence of the latitude and longitude.
Our Geocode Web Service is a .NET XML Web Service that will take most U.S. addresses and provide you with the latitude and longitude of the address. The web service is a snap to use and can be easily integrated into your applications with just a few lines of code.
